Exchange & Return Policy

At AUREA BY MS, we take pride in offering premium, high-quality anti-tarnish jewellery. We want you to absolutely love your pieces! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a smooth exchange and return process.

1. Timeline for Exchanges & Returns

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to request an exchange or return.

  • Any requests made after 7 days of delivery will unfortunately not be entertained.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please ensure that:

  • The jewellery piece is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • The item must be in its original packaging (box/pouch) just the way you received it.

  • You have the original order number or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items Received

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  • Important Note: We highly appreciate it if you can provide a quick unboxing video or clear pictures of the defect. This helps us clear your claim instantly!

  • For damaged or wrong items sent from our side, AUREA BY MS will bear all shipping costs for the replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on Clearance Sales, Flash Sales, or Special Discounts are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged during transit.

5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Get in Touch: Send us a message on WhatsApp at 0302 8927811 or email us at aureabymsofficial@gmail.com.

  • Share Details: Provide your Order ID, a brief reason for the exchange, and photos/videos of the product.

  • Send the Parcel Back: Once our team approves your request, you will need to ship the item back to our designated warehouse address. (Please note: Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer unless the item was originally damaged).

6. Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive your return parcel and inspect its condition, we will notify you. We offer refunds in two ways:

  • Store Credit: A digital voucher/discount code of the same product value that you can use for your next shopping spree with us anytime!

  • Online Transfer: Refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash processed within 5-7 working days.
